1. Who we are

RigDesk provides a mobile app, a web owner portal and a public marketplace for borewell drilling agencies. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Questions can be sent to support@rigdesk.in.

2. Information we collect

  • Account details: your phone number, name and agency name.
  • Agency, job and customer data you enter: jobs, customer names, phone numbers and addresses, quotations, invoices, workers, inventory, vehicles, diesel and expenses.
  • Location data: GPS coordinates you attach to job sites, and your location if you choose "Use my location" when comparing prices.
  • Photos you capture or upload to a job.
  • Payments: records of cash, UPI and bank payments you log, and subscription records. Card, UPI and netbanking details for subscriptions are entered with Razorpay and are not stored by RigDesk.
  • Marketplace enquiries: the name, phone number, city and message a customer sends to an agency, which are shared with that agency.

3. How we use it

We use your information to sign you in with one-time passwords, provide the features you use, show your dashboards and reports, process subscription payments, send service messages, and keep the service secure and working.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run RigDesk, such as Razorpay for payments and providers that deliver messages or host the service, or where the law requires. An agency's marketplace listing (name, city, contact details and rates) is public only when the agency turns it live. Field Workers you invite see only what their role permits.

5. Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards unless the law requires otherwise. We use reasonable technical measures to protect it, but no system is completely secure.

6. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing support@rigdesk.in. Business owners are responsible for the customer information they enter about their own customers.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
