Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using RigDesk you agree to these terms. If you use RigDesk on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

2. Accounts and access

You sign in with a phone number and one-time password. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the Field Workers you invite. Keep your phone secure and tell us if you suspect misuse.

3. Subscriptions and billing

RigDesk is one plan with all features included, billed per vehicle, monthly or yearly. Your agency starts with a free 90-day trial. Payments are processed by Razorpay. You may cancel at any time; a cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and may change with notice for future billing periods.

4. Your data

You own the business data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. You must have the right to enter any customer information and photos you upload. See our Privacy Policy.

4a. Marketplace

An agency's listing is public only when the agency turns it live. Price comparisons are estimates based on the rates each agency publishes; the final price is agreed between the customer and the agency. RigDesk is not a party to that agreement. The marketplace is free for customers.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep RigDesk available but provide it "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. You remain responsible for your own business, financial and safety decisions.

7. Changes and contact
